Use this ResEdit resource for the startup patch if you (I'll tested in a system < 7.5.5 ) feel comfortable patching the file yourself ( Use at your own risk).
To do this, simply:
open the file Apple-NeXT IG Startup RSRC in ResEdit,
copy the PICT resource,
open a COPY of the System file (or System Update x.x or System Enabler )
paste (replacing existing ID numbers).
save, close,
put newly copy (keeping original in a safe place for now) in system folder and
restart.
This file is not free, you must go in Greece if you use it !!! (ha..ha..ha).
There is no licensing fee as long as it is used for educational or non- profit use.
